Grant Reporting Steps!

Step 1: Accept/Decline Grant Award

Congratulations on receiving an Extracurricular Opportunity Grant! Please accept or decline your grant award by signing your Grant Agreement through DocuSign. Please look for an email directly from DocuSign.

Step 2: Confirm School Address

Please confirm your school’s address for grant check disbursement. After completing this step, a check will be disbursed to your school in the name of the organization listed on your grant application. A timeframe will then be provided when you should expect your grant to check to arrive.

Step 3: Grant Recognition

To recognize your student organization as a 2022-2023 grant recipient, we want to present your organization with a certificate. Please communicate the best day(s) and time(s) that work for you and your student group to be presented your grant certificate.

Step 4: Use Grant Funds

Once you receive your grant check, use the grant funds to reduce the cost of participation for your students!

Step 5: Report

Once you have used your grant funds, make sure to reports your usage here: https://forms.gle/j7y37QnHBVrSUnBc9

Step 6: Review

Finally, please review your experience from your event in the Michigan Extracurricular Event Directory!
