Here at the Michigan Youth Education Fund, we are committed to helping you achieve your goals, and we understand that extracurricular activities can be expensive. That’s why we have put together a page full of resources, advice, and so much more to empower you to achieve your goals.
Michigan high school students who participate in academic extracurricular activities (like robotics, debate, deca, hosa, and more) can apply for a grant to reduce the cost of participating. Grants are accepted on a rolling basis (meaning you can apply any time throughout the year).

Gather information about yourself, your school, and the event you will be attending.
Apply! The application should take approximately 15-30 minutes to fill out.
You will receive your determination within 2 weeks (we will coordinate with your school to disburse the grant).
